Every sign and every rule from the Department of Transport's official manual, taught on a road in front of you. You learn it, you practise it, then you sit the same 64-question test shape as the real thing.
No account needed. Free covers vehicle controls, how signs work, the sign codex and one full mock test.
Slow down and stop if a pedestrian is waiting at the crossing. Do not overtake other vehicles that have stopped at the pedestrian crossing.
Most apps are a quiz with a sign bank attached. You guess, you get it wrong, you memorise the answer. Road Quest teaches first and only ever asks what it has taught.
Each lesson is a drive. The car pulls up to the sign, the marking or the situation, and a card explains it in plain words with the manual reference.
Stop behind the stop line. If there is no stop line, stop with the front of your vehicle in line with the sign. At a three-way or four-way stop you may not move off before the vehicles that stopped before you have moved off. Go only when it is safe.
Ten questions, no clock, only on lessons you have finished. The ones you miss come back sooner. Every answer links back to its lesson.
The computerised learner's test shape: 64 questions in 60 minutes, three sections, each passed on its own at the official pass marks.
The source is the SA Learner Driver Manual the test is set from: Rules of the Road, Road Traffic Signs, Vehicle Controls. Every card and every question carries its reference, so nothing here is made up.
90 lessons in 16 modules, about 10 hours of reading, 600 questions, and 399 signs, markings and signals, 307 of them drawn exactly as they stand on the road.
Browse the sign codexThe first thing the app asks is what you are here for. A first attempt gets the whole course. Someone who failed one section gets that section and a mock for it alone. A motorcycle learner never sees a car pedal.
Then it asks how fast: a 30-day course at twenty minutes a day, a six-day push for a test next week, or a flexible plan around your date. A missed day moves forward. Nothing expires.
Try the free lessons first, or pay up front and have everything from day one. Either way, what you finish stays finished, and nothing renews on its own.

A roster of your learners with what they have done, where practice keeps going wrong, and their mock results. Set a learner's path and pace. Pin three lessons before Thursday. One invoice a month, per active learner.
The school portal is being built. Schools that join early set its shape.
